Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
At Juhi Fashion World, every shirt is crafted with precision, luxury fabrics, and timeless craftsmanship. We take pride in the quality of our products — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return & Refund Window
To maintain product quality and hygiene, all return or refund requests must be raised on the same day you receive your order. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The shirt must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- It should be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note — do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior confirmation from our support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned shirt, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:
- Recheck your bank or payment account.
- Contact your card provider — refunds can take a few days to reflect.
- Check with your bank for any processing delays.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at care@juhifashionworld.com.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular-priced shirts are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We replace shirts only if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at care@juhifashionworld.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 0–7 days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery status in real time.
